Shipping Policy / FAQ
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
Times to receive your package (i.e. 2 day shipping, 3 day shipping) are estimates given by the shipping company once they have accepted the item. We cannot guarantee these times due to delays within the carrier. If your item is taking longer than a week to arrive after receiving your shipping notification, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work with you to locate your package.
Shipping costs are calculated by dimensional weight. We do not currently have a flat rate shipping or free shipping over a purchase price option at this time.
We source items from Japan, China and the US. As expected some items will have some damage. When fulfilling an order, we will do our best to choose the best box possible. Some items may have signs of shelf wear, creases, small dents or other imperfections. If you are looking for a mint condition box, we would suggest you purchase one at a physical store location or a store where you can see pictures of the actual item you are purchasing. No refunds will be issued for items that just have box damage only if parts are missing or damaged.
Incorrect Address or Refused Packages
Please ensure you have the right address prior to committing to your order. Packages that are returned due to incorrect addresses or refused, will bear a minimum of a 20% restock fee. Shipping will not be refunded. Please allow up to 14 business days for your refund to appear after the product returns.
