Refund / Return Policy

Our return policy is 14 days after receiving the item customers must contact us within 14 days after receiving the item.

• New, unused, and sealed merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery at your own expense.
• All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee (+shipping fee)
• All order cancellations (before shipping) are subject to a 5% fee to cover credit card processing costs.
• For damaged items, we will need some additional information
• An explanation of what was damaged
• Photos of each of the items that were damaged
• Photo of the outer box with the shipping label. (We will need this to send to the shipping carrier for claim purposes)
• Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items and issue a refund (minus the restocking fee) within 7-10 business days.
